Pricing
- All prices are Free on Board (FOB) Yangon, Myanmar Port, in US Dollars.
- Quoted prices are valid for 3 months. If a quote is not resubmitted within this period, it is assumed that the prices remain unchanged. However, if items have not been produced for an extended period, prices may be revised.
- Pricing will be reviewed annually to account for inflation and any general price increases during the 12-month period. FOB price changes will be communicated to the Buyer in December each year.
- If initial pricing is found to be incorrect due to errors from the Seller's weavers or estimated quote pricing, the seller will adjust the prices accordingly and inform the Buyer. If the Buyer does not accept the price increase, the item should be removed from the order.
- Pricing is confidential between the Buyer and Seller and must not be disclosed to third parties.
Generalized System of Preferences (GSP)
The Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) is a trade program that allows businesses to import selected products from developing countries with reduced or no tariffs. By utilizing GSP, businesses you can lower costs, diversify their supply chains, and enhance competitiveness.
Our products are classified under the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP). Please consult with your customs agent to verify specific details, as they may vary by country. Additionally, let us know your GSP requirement forms to ensure compliance and smooth processing.
Ordering
- The minimum total value for a wholesale order is US$ 10,000.
- There is no minimum order quantity per design, as long as the total value exceeds US$10,000.
- Orders below US$10,000 require a US$400 document export processing fee.
- Wholesale orders will be processed upon receipt of a 30% deposit.
- The balance payment must be made immediately before shipment after inspection pictures are provided.
- The Surrendered/Telex Released Bill of Lading as well as the shipping documents will be sent by email or if requested sent by courier or Telex Release after full payment is received.
- Prices are FOB in US Dollars in Yangon, Myanmar and do not include shipping charges.
- The lead time for orders is 70-90 days during regular seasons and 110 days during harvest seasons (March-April, mid-June to mid-July, and 15-20 days in November). Please note each and every item is made by hand and therefore we are totally dependent upon many helping hands.
- Shipment will be carried out by sea and is the Buyer's responsibility.
- Local taxes and customs formalities are the Buyer's responsibility.
- Shipping and Inspection of Goods – Photography can be provided when requested or if the client employs a 3rd party inspection company, they must advise of the details when confirming the order.
- Goods are sold FOB Yangon Port; the Buyer must inspect the goods for correct product designs before shipment. This can be done in person, through a third-party inspection team, or by requesting product photos of each item design in the shipment.
- The Seller will make any necessary changes based on the Buyer's feedback from the inspection mentioned in point (1).
- If no specific requirements are provided, goods will be checked and supplied to the Seller's satisfaction.
- If the Buyer requests replacements or refunds, they must provide satisfactory evidence that the goods were damaged before shipping, which may include returning the goods to the Seller at the Buyer's expense.
- The Buyer must inspect the products within 21 days of receipt and report any quality issues within 30 days of arrival at the destination port.
Packing :
- Prices include standard packing using paper wrapping to load the highest volume of products inside the container.
- Any special packing requirements beyond those available in Myanmar must be supplied by the customer.
- If cardboard box packing or additional packing requirements are needed, the associated costs will be borne by the customer and invoiced at the factory's cost. As an estimation, this is approximately 4% of the FOB selling price.
Payment Method:
- Payment can be made through Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to our Singapore, Bangkok or Myanmar bank.
- The Buyer is responsible for all transfer costs
